I must be honest with you and myself, its been days, well, weeks, that I didn't take account what I ate.

It's been two weeks since I don't do anything about physical activity. There are three reasons why I did not exercised, of course, first, because I got the flu, second, my menstrual period came, and third, I became depressed again.

This last weekend was horrible, with all my depression I let Kostas to take care of the food, and things got worse because I started eating food, like corn, a lot of butter, pizza, cakes, etc. And I need to avoid it at all cost. And I feel very embarrassed about my lack of commitment with myself. Yesterday at night I went to the bathroom to poop, and it was HORRIBLE, I did defecated but just little hard balls and very few. While sitting in the toilet, I said myself I needed to change, because that lifestyle was going to be my death.

So today I signed my sentence to compromise. I'll start with a cleaning regimen that will be physical and mental. I truly want to feel good and happy everyday, if possible, therefore I'll follow a plan that will help me to avoid that addicting food and lifestyle are not healthy so therefore is kind like a drug.

Step 1
I will say GOODBYE to the food that hurts me, my enemy. And among them, of course is the junk food. But well, I'll be honest when I crave for something, and instead of eating it, I'll write it down.

Step 2
Eat healthy, that means, complex carbohydrates, healthy fats and proteins. I'll try to not to feel bad emotionally if I don't take note of the quantity of every single portion of food that gets into my mouth.

I'll try to search for books and menus that have recipes that Kostas and I can share everyday. I cook so, if Kostas is going to eat something that I need to avoid, it won't help to avoid my cravings.

Step 3
Change my lifestyle.
Sleep 8 hours maximum,
Make exercise every single day.
I must relax, not just try it because I really know that I always feel anxious and then turns into a depression.

Changing my diet

Today I'll tell Kostas to buy more fish, I'll try to eat a fish a day.

Bad sleeping

If I want to die in my old days...around 100 years...I need to sleep 8 hours a day, so...I'm going to try to go to bed early in the night and wake up early in the morning the next day.

To go to bed: 9:30 pm
Sleep 10:00 pm
Wake up: 5:00 am

Sounds reasonable for me. What do you think?

2 bad weeks

6:50 am una manzana roja, fría.
No he dormido nada, pero ya me siento cansada.
2 huevos revueltos con aceite de oliva a las 9 am
25 gr de una barra quaker Stila sabor fresa (tiene jarabe de maiz), empecé a sentir ardor en la garganta y la barra n sabía muy riso, sino seca y a harina blanca.
9:30 am 50 pistaches
10:04 am agua 250 ml
dormí de 11 am a 5:20 pm
comí nopales con salsa bandera y un chorrito de aceite de olvia a las 6:00 pm
6:30 pm me lavé los dientes, me había ido a dormir sin lavarme los dientes en la mañana.
8:00 pm comí 50 pistaches.
11:00 pm apio con crema y especia de pimienta molido y ajo con sal.

2:30 am fui al baño, me dolió porque me raspó, pero hice aguadito
3:00 am comí pistaches nomás por floja y ansiedad
6:30 am papaya y naranja
me fui a dormir a las 11:30 am y desperté a las 6 pm
a las 6:04 pm me comí una manzana roja
Comí a las 10:30 un poco de masa de hot cake, también dos pequeños hot ckaes y mermelada de fresa.

5:30 am lechuga, xanahoria, y nopales con salsa bandera
6:20 am me lavé los dientes y me bañé
6:45 am, aun no he tomado agua. Ni he hecho ejercicio desde hace dos semanas.

Hice ejercicio 5k

7:00:56 am duré 00:24:57.460 y termné a las 7:26 am Wednesday, May 05, 2010

7:37 am tomé un poco de agua

7:38 am crem, apio, sal con ajo y pimienta.
11:20 am una manzana
11:50 am a 6:00 pm dormí
7:50 pm pizza, 4 pedazos.
