Today I did't sleep until 6 am and get very sleepy until 1 pm, my dad came from the hotel where he and my brother stay at night. I was very depressed all night thinking in the future, my family, how much I love them and also Kostas.

Thinking about my problem with the blood on the stools...is sad to think that maybe I can't make it to Germany...maybe I have cancer.

I'm a very bad person...sometimes.

All this week I try to do some exercise but I feel very weak.

I went to poop at 1:30 pm and it hurt me again very much, maybe I wanted to cry in the very act to push. It was very hard like a stone and I spot blood on and between it.

Today dad and brother went back to my town...I'll miss them a lot. I want, well I'm crying a lot because I miss my family. I just kind feel to throw away everything to go back with my family.

I went to sleep at past 1 am.

Today I went to the bathroom and poop, it doesn't hurt me a lot like the last time and there was not blood. :)
Today came dad to visit me and my brother. I'm very happy! They arrived at 10:00 pm.

Well, as can you see, I have not go to sleep yet...waiting for Kostas to do the same. (1:24 am)

I went to sleep at 4 am and wake up at 7:15 am.

And I was reading Vanessa's blog a week before about this:

" NATURAL LIVER CLEANSE

1. Drink one cup of warm water mixed with ½ teaspoon of pure lemon juice (not the bottled stuff).

2. Don’t eat 20 minutes before you drink this (immediately after waking up is the best time since your liver works overnight while you sleep), and don’t eat for 20 minutes afterwards. Try to eventually work up to a full lemon.

Today also went to poop (3:01 pm)and it hurts me a lot when the stools came up, they were in small balls and the last one was big, very wide and not so hard, then I check up and there wasn't blood, what a relief! 

And at 3:13 pm hurts to be seat, honestly I feel pain in my anus.

{Begining again }

The last week was so bad for me, first my period was so painful, so the entire week I almost was in bed and sitting, and I even can not walk but I put some effort to it. So that is my explication for the lack of upgrade in the blog. Sorry...
Now, I'll try to write down everything that I do...

2:24 am I wash my teeth, and put my mandibular advancement devices (MADs) because I suffer of bruxims, I became very anxiety because I want to finish my BsS degree thesis and go to Germany for my Ph.D., but to do that I need money and THAT is my worst enemy.

At 9:42 am went to the WC and was so painful, like the last week, and in my stool was blood, between liquid and doughy, my anus is like burning because the force I apply on it with the almost medium spherical stool that feels like a stone. At 9:54 am I was again sitting in my pc chair worrying about the blood.

I think I'm going to stop the milk magnesium medication for now (yesterday I take 4 tablespoon-small of it)...and start eating more flaxseed.

Clean my feet with warm water and soap, also I showered at 1:09 pm

I wnet to sleep at 2:15 pm and woke up at 5:00 pm, I think because I went to sleep "yesterday" (I mean, today at 4 am and woke up at 7:15 am).

I wash my teeths at 6:42 pm.

{ How Many Times a Day Do You Eat? }

Today I wake up at 7:00 am, but I need to get up because Kostas need to takeaways meal to his work. It was 7:15 am, then 7:20 am.

I was feeling very dizzy, numb, and my mouth was dry. So before sleep last night, I didn't wash my mouth so I could't open it.

Then I drink water...ok, maybe the tables is more helpful :)

I grew up eating three meals a day, but now that I'm much more active, exercising regularly and keeping up with my two jobs, I need to refuel more often. So eating four or five smaller meals each day works much better for me. What about you? I'm wondering . . .

{ I Need More Sleep }


Yesterday I walk around 1 hour later in the afternoon with Kostas, we went to Coppel ( a Mexican chain retailer) to change a pair of tennis that hurt my thumb toe around a week and I change for a new pair of tennis, Yeah!

Later we came home and ate before going to the supermarket (Walmart), we went walking and of course came back again walking, with a lot of heavy bags.

At home, I was feeling a little sleepy but it turned out to be no more that feeling when I saw the clock, was 1 am and I was talking with my mom in gtalk.

We talk around 1 hour until she said good night to me. Here I think I started to feel anxiously and I wanted to be sure to feel really sleepy to go to bed but then I started to feel hungry, and a lot!

I was determined not eat nothing, but when I went to bed I couldn't resist and went for a tuna can, ate it and finally I could sleep at 4:00 am.
